Your data, in plain words
This notice covers zoluvia.com and the waitlist. The node app will come with its own notice before it ships.
Last updated 8 November 2026
What we collect
- Your email address, and whether you want to share a GPU or use compute.
- Anything you choose to add: your graphics card, or what you would run.
- The page language, the page that linked you here, the campaign tag of the link you followed (such as ?ref=reddit) so we can see which channels work, and your browser's user agent.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam. We don't store the address itself.
The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or analytics. The schedule demo keeps your picks in your own browser.
How we use it
Only to run the waitlist: one email to confirm you joined, an invitation when your wave opens, planning which hardware and workloads to support first, and keeping out spam. We'll only email you about Zoluvia access.
Where it's kept
On our own server in Tokyo, Japan, hosted by Tencent Cloud. Like most web servers, it also keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, page and browser) for security, for up to 14 days.
Who sees it
The Zoluvia team, and two services that handle email for us: Tencent Cloud's email service sends our emails, and Forward Email passes on mail you send to our addresses. Neither may use your data for anything else. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until your wave opens and you've joined or declined, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send has a link to leave the waitlist, which deletes your entry. To see or correct it, or if you'd rather ask, email hello@zoluvia.com from the address you signed up with.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
